Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek was born in the US. Her most well-known role is her role as Tiffany Wilson on the 2004 comedy White Chicks Danielle Brooks as Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox House. She also played Lura Grant in HBO's Big Love series and Francine Hanson on AMC's Mad Men. Anne Dudek is an American actress, best known for her performance as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks. She has also been known for her television appearances, including The Dr. Amber Volakis on Fox's House, Danielle Brookson on the USA Network's Covert Affairs, and Lura grant on HBO's Big Love. Dudek grew up in Massachusetts and went to Northwestern University. Her first performance was as an actor on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle, a performance at Northwestern University. Dudek was honored with the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her performance that stood out during The Iphigenia Cycle New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek in their list of 10 theatre actors who should be observed. Dudek found roles on TV and in movies. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera, was her husband from the year 2008 until 2016. Dudek was born at Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and raised in Newton. Her early years were spent in Newton. Dudek attended Northwestern University and appeared in several theater shows. Her Broadway debut was with Wrong Mountain on Broadway in 2000. The following year, she received an award, the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, for her performance of The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy in which she appeared. Since then, she has guest-starred in a variety of TV shows, including Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. She also played Lucinda in the pilot episode of Psych. In the following episode, she was an instructor at a high school who has romance with one of her pupils on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek got her first role in House during its fourth season in the role of Amber Volakis. Amber is among the forty of Dr. Gregory House's 40 candidates for the position of the permanent House team. In the House's Heart and Head, a two-part season finale the character was removed. In episode 5 of the season Saviors, House would have returned later in the episode as a hallucination. That's how she appeared for the remainder seasons. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson, and also in Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives, both of them frequently appearing roles. In 2010 Dudek joined the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks the sister of the central character. Other film roles she has played include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
